Please note that, when you use our repair services, they will void the manufacturer’s warranty of your device. So, if you want to avoid this, then it is recommended that you get it repaired from the manufacturer directly. However, if you choose to benefit from our top-notch repair services, then here’s what you need to know about our warranty use:

 

What Does Our Warranty Cover?

Labour and all the parts used in repairs and replacements performed by our team at TechZone are covered under our 3 months warranty.

 

Also, the warranty will get void if a repair is performed on the device by another company after you have utilized our services. Also, when device change ownership occurs which means that the warranty will not be valid if the owner of the device changes.

 

What is not covered?

Our warranty doesn’t cover:

  • Additional faults or subsequent damage that may arise after the repair or replacement

  • Accidental damage

  • The damage that occurs due to misuse of the device

  • Software issues

  • Liquid damage

  • Data loss

What to Do When You Experience a Fault in Your Device?

When you experience a fault in your device after using our repair service (iPhone repairs or any other repair), then visit our outlet with your device. Our specialist will assist you from there, If you have got your phone repaired via the Posting Service, you could post it and will send post it back to after repairs free of charge.
